At least 5 years work experiences related to oil refinery and/or petrochemical project HSE management. Be able to communicate by English when working in site.
At least 3 years diploma (engineering and science preferred, especially engineering/physics/chemistry/mathematics/safety management/environment) The candidate will be preferred if he has international certification, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA 18001, ISO, CSP, etc.
