Qualifications: Higher Secondary or Graduates with English Proficiency
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience required
Duties/ Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters,
Responsibilities: memos, invoices, reports and other documents.
Receives incoming email messages, other communications or memos and distribute to concerned depts.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies and performing basic book keeping.
Performs other related duties assigned.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, time sheet and pay-roll preparation and record keeping systems.
Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute
Extremely proficient with Microsoft office suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Age: between 28 and 32 years
